"Upon arrival, I inspected the previous repair involving the seal system components to confirm that the unit was operating as expected. The lines were getting hot, indicating that cooling was flowing through the system without leaks or component failures. The previous repair appeared to be successful, and both compartments were cooling normally. This also aligned with the temperature readings recorded through the data loggers by the previous technician, confirming that the unit was cooling within the specified range.The customer submitted a video capturing a noise coming from the freezer, which sounded like the evaporator fan hitting ice. I asked the customer if they had noticed any ice buildup on the back panel, to which they responded no. During my inspection, I did not find any ice present.Next, I addressed the customer's second complaint regarding the lack of ice production. Under diagnostics, we performed Service Test 56 and found an E5 error code. This error is preventing the ice maker from operating correctly. After consulting with our tech support team and sharing my findings, they recommended running a power cycle by disconnecting the unit for five minutes and then reconnecting it. This should clear the error code from the ice maker and reset its cycle.Initially, I informed the customer that I would provide a quote for two componentsthe ice maker and the freezer evaporator assembly. However, after discussing the issue with our Techline, they advised running a power cycle first, monitoring the unit for a few days, and checking ice production before proceeding with any part replacements. If the error code returns, ice production does not resume, or the freezer evaporator freezes over, we can proceed with replacing both the ice maker and the freezer evaporator assembly. "Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed low water pressure coming in. I replaced the valve and it improved but still was the same. When I compared with and without the filter there was a better improvement. The customer had a new filter and it fixed the low water pressure issue. The batch of ice is good, As of now the unit is working as designed."

Upon arrival the customer mentioned food would freeze in the RC. Unfortunately I could not re create the issue. I did notice the food the customer had by the vent where the cold air comes from was in a ss container. I explained to the customer where the cold air comes in from and the difference in material and how they attract the cold air. I tested all the thermistors and they all check out. I found no issues in diagnostic mode. I mentioned he can adjust the RC temp through the Panel U/I and the Customer understood. As of now the unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed a F7E1 and F9E1 error code. Will need parts ; ordrng 1 W11481722 (ACTUATOR) and 1 W10721967 (CAM) and 1 W11395618 (CAPACITOR) and 1 W11643701 (WIRE HARNESS) and 1 W11626074 (CONTROL BOARD) and 1 W11399437 (DRAIN PUMP)

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. No error codes found . I checked and secured every connection water and drain everything was good. I ran unit multiple times in diagnostic cycle no leaks where found. I could not recreate the issue. I let customer know that drain pipe on his house could be having slow drain causing water to leak back up from drain or that wash load they had caused it. Customer did 1 wash load afterwards and it did not leak either. Unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection freezer door gasket not sealing correctly. I heated gasket door more sealing gap ( picture attached). Unit is working as designed.
