Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. I pulled unit out and after inspection no signs of water streaks that unit has been leaking. I ran unit multiple times being pulled out and nothing no leaks(pictures atrached).Customer possibly having house plumbing issues customer aware. Unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection freezer evap fan not coming on and has ice build up at freezer evap cover. Customer is experiencing low cool on refrigerator side. After inspection there was no water coming into unit water restriction in water water valve line. I removed restriction tested. Unit passed. Unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection there was a metal hanger debris between washplate and basket causing rattling noise. I removed washplate to remove debris(picture attached). Tested unit no more noise out of the norm. Unit is working as designed.

"Upon arrival, I opened the washer and found that the customer had loaded floor mats with rubber backing along with a sheet. I documented this with a photo as proof of the error codes found under diagnostics. The washer displayed two separate error codes: 'off balance' and 'clothes in clean wash cycle.' The customer's main complaint was that the washer was making banging noises. Off-balance loads, where the weight or bulk of the load is concentrated on one side, can cause banging noises during the rinse cycle as the weight shifts. This highlights the importance of properly balancing and loading clothes.I ran a diagnostic cycle, and all components responded as expected. Upon further inspection underneath the washer, I checked the rotor, slider, and clutch assembly. The suspension had proper tension with no bent rods. Everything appeared to be in place, and there was no damage to the magnet ring around the slider or any other signs of part failure. Mechanically, the unit is functioning as designed. However, I noticed that the right-side washer leg was uneven, contributing to excessive movement. I readjusted the leg to properly balance the washer.Additionally, the unit is installed in a hallway closet utility room with limited space, causing the water lines to make contact with the back of the washer during operation, which may be contributing to the banging noise the customer is reporting. I documented my findings with Techline, who confirmed that the washer is operating normally, no part replacement is needed, and the issue falls under user care. If the customer requires further assistance, they may contact customer service and reference SR#7741098834."
