"Arrived at customer home to troubleshoot noise complaint Did not hear any noises out of the normal operation Customer present during the entire time of troubleshooting 15 minutes an no noises heard. Opened back panel for customer to see and listen to compressor running, still no noise. Per customer, noise happens after the compressor stops running. Customer showed me video and sound like heater defrosting and water dripping and gurgling during defrost cycle Uploaded picture of use and care manual section where it lets customer know of noises that the unit makes and are considered normal operation Customer still not satisfied and thinks unit is defective and wants new one. Called tech support to document SR# 7738625710"
