"Call Techline and got everything documented 7740993923 showed up to the house at 10:30 and turned the gas on as soon as I got there, I put soapy water with bubbles on every single orifice burner because that is where the gas company said that it was leaking from directly out of the orifice. I put soap and bubbles on top of the orifices and left the gas on open and close the valves just to show the customer what it would look like if there was gas coming out of the offices I continue to ask her throughout the whole time of me being at the house if she smelt any gas and I just shut the gas off at 11:15 and she still has yet to say she smelled any gas. Techline also told me that the LML percentage of an actual leak is over 10% and the highest that the gas company picked up was 1.8 all the way down to 0.8 did not find any gas leaks will be calling to log with safety.NEW document number 7740957473Safety advise to inform the customer to use the cooktop with caution that they should be good and if they have any more issues to give us a call and we can come back out since we were not able to duplicate the issue"

Customer had lots of sediment buildup inside of her waterline. I cleaned out the water valve and got all of the sediment blockage out of the way because the customer was having no water pressure going into the washer advised the customer to put filters on her waterline so this issue does not continue to happen. Ran the unit and the water pressure was as good as new all operations. OK now unit is working as designed.

"Compressor on unit is vibrating against the back panel, causing it to be a little bit louder than normal. Adjusted the panel when the noise went down and the customer said she could tell it wasnt as bad. All operation is OK. Everything is functioning as designed."

Seal had some condensation on the outside of the unit put some Parma gum inside the seal to push it out to make better contact and also heated the seal up with the heat gun to mold it better to the freezer seal is lining up good and everything is closing the seal also has no holes in it or tears

Show up to the customers house and the customer told me that they canceled the call on the 17th and I called in to the office and Dawn said whoever spoke with the customer just made a note that the customer canceled and did not cancel the appointment or take it off. Upon arrival and after replacing the parts I ran 2 diagnostic cycles with no issues. Then I started a quick wash and then a dram and spin cycle. All cycles started with no issues. As of now the unit is working properly as designed.
