Put refrigerator into diagnostics mode and could not get the unit to run a harvest. It was reading 23 which was saying sensors bad or motor. Customer was concerned about the EVAP panel cover was vibrating loudly due to it being loose and the fan vibrating the cover took the cover off and placed on properly so it does not vibrate loud all operations OK Also advised it is normal for u to be able to hear the fan running when its cooling as long as its not hitting anything all ops are okay
