"Called customer to provide time window, and could already sense the hostility over the phone. Mrs was already upset and questioning everything before I even got there. Arrived customer home and the Mr opened the front door with a very negative face and body language, he did not even greet me just opened door, stood there without saying nothing. I paused for a split second to see if he was gonna say come in, but he did not. I walked in and proceeded to fridge and do my troubleshooting. I began by asking the customer informational questions about the symptoms and the responds i got from customer was a very rude the ice you see there is the ice it makes nothing to do with the question I had asked him. I advised him that I understand its frustrating going through this but that I ask All my customers the same questions and asked if he was not willing to cooperate in answering the questions i could not trouble shoot correctly. Upon arrival I diagnosed unit. I checked temperatures. Temperatures are normal . Customer stated that her refrigerator is not sitting right gaps are more narrow and wider on both sides of her refrigerator with her cabinetry. ( Pictures attached). Unit is level made customer aware other things that can affect her gaps cabinetry trim and flooring. Customer also stated about ice maker. I leveled unit as best as possible without having a wobble and making her gaps on cabinets better using a lever as pictures show. I checked ice maker. Unit is making ice normal I explain to customer how unit performs. Unit is working as designed.SR#7739814632 (Techline) customer stated if unit is a lemon she will call to get replaced. Upon arrival and after installing the parts the unit is working properly. The freezer door is sealing good.

Upon arrival and after diagnosing the unit needed a new ice maker. The old one was damaged and couldnt complete harvest test. I provided a quote and the customer approved. I installed the new ice maker and it is now functioning properly.
