Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed the water valve would not shut off. Will need parts ; ordrng 1 W11672225 (CONTROL BOARD)

Upon arrival and after diagnosing with Techline we didnt find any issue with any of the parts on the unit. The igniter turns on and theres a red glow but no heat. Seems like the unit is not getting any gas. I recommended the customer to have the gas company or a plumber to take a look at the gas lines to make sure theres gas running through them.

Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed the ice maker was not working properly. Seems like a bad ice maker and I will have to order a new one. ; ordrng 1 WPW10300024 (ICE MAKER) and 1 W10884720 (ICE MAKER WIRE HARNESS)

Upon arrival changed control board still turning off while washing went into diagnostic and found bad wall outlet connected unit into different wall outlet unit is now running perfectly

Upon replacing the parts the unit is now working properly as designed. Its draining with no issues and passed a diagnostic cycle.

After replacing parts unit was still not closing ice door chute. I explained to customer I would have to give them a quote for freezer door, panel control, ui. Then he referred me to the contact on file because he is manager of the property. After looking into writing a quote freezer door is discontinued. I reached customer on our file and he mentioned unit stopped cooling 4 days ago. I then began to explained to him that unit had several issues including a freezer door that is discontinued and that door can cause unit to get warmer. He said he would talk to His Boss as well."
