whoever did the propane conversion did not put the orifices in the correct position. otherwise unit tested ok.

Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed the ice maker was not making ice and found a loose connection at the harness. Once the wire was secured it completed a harvest test and called for water. As of now unit is working as designed

"Called customer tp provided time window, no answer left VMOffice informing me that customer had confirmed 10-12Arrived at customer home and she told me that she had Rescheduled, I asked customer that if she wanted me to leave and she told me to just go head and check it since I was there alareadyStarted the troubleshooting process like I always do by asking the customer series of questions regarding the actual complaint as the complaint on paper is not always accurate Customer right away looked agitated by my questions and barely gave a helpful answer, instead just kept saying its not working, your the technician. I informed the customer that if she would not provide additional information All I can do is check the machine and that if everything checked out then there would me nothing else I could do. She then got really upset. All this this time the machine was filling up, washing and draining as designed. Customer then proceeded to show me some type of lint or hair ball from inside the machine and said that the machine was creating those issues. I advised that the inner basket is stainless steel and that material she showed me was more like lint and or dog hairs. She then lost it.....I advised that the brief time she allowed me to be there, what I experienced was the machine working as designed She really got mad and basically kicked me out of her home because I could not find any issue. "Install all parts all operations OK now customer was complaining about the unit shaking and I told her to distribute the weight of her loads better because I ran a test mode and also check the default history and had no error codes. The customer asked if she could start a load of clothes And let me watch it for a few seconds and I said yes and she proceeded to try and stuff, a king size bed comforter inside of the unit and I told her that that Washer cannot withstand that and it is guaranteed going to shake if she washes loads that big and heavy, told the customer to downsize on her loads and wash to the proper amount"

"I ran a diagnostic cycle to confirm that the heating element was functioning properly. I then inspected the air vent grill to check for any clogs and to ensure the unit had proper airflow. When the unit was connected to the house vent line, there was no airflow at all. However, after disconnecting the unit from the vent system, proper airflow was restored. I advised the customer that the clog is in the homes vent system and not within the dryer itself. The appliance is operating as designed."

Upon arrival i did troubleshooting together with techline. We check polarity in wall outlet it was good 123.4. We went into Diagnostics error code F1E1 Internal failure( picture attached). The new Control board that was replaced came defective part failure. We then ran the unit in bake cycle to 350 ( picture attached) . Unit turn on and it worked reached set temperature. Techline said to reorder control board causing inconsistency due to internal error.; ordrng 1 W11620680 (Control Board)
