"Checked unit and unit is full of cooking oil dripping everywhere, and because of that the diode and capacitor shorted out and got burned, I showed it to the customer, and using the unit like that it's a fire hazard, I explained to Miss, and Mr. came in and explained it to him again and after that they wanted me to explain to a third person over the phone, serval times and they didn't understand, I fixed the unit for them and test it and it worked fine after that left it unplugged for safety reasons, I made them aware of the dangers by using the unit that way, and they kept saying they are going to call the manufacturer to get another tech to do the job correctly, and not fix the unit but get them a new one , because it's not their fault the unit is that way, also Mr.made a comment that the Venezuelans are more intelligent then any one eles, they make better products and their Microwaves last more then forty years and not two months, so I had enough and I refer them to contact customer service ; used 1 W10343300 (Capacitor), and 1 W11222648 (Diode) from stock"

"Upon arrival customer mentioned there was ice build up on back panel, leaking on the floor when ice maker calls for water, and a noise that comes on when compressor turns off. After inspecting freezer back panel I didn't see any ice build up. The customer then explains that the ice build us is behind panel. I then explained to customer that's normal and then goes into a defrost mode. While there the ice maker called for water and I check for water leaks and couldn't find any. Then compressor turns off and unit is not making any noise outside the normal operation. Called techline sr 7739927758"
