"Checked unit and customer said he purchased the unit out off the box a return item , and when he installed it, it had a lot of missing parts, drain pan, float switch, electric box cover, kick plates, all the insulation around, screws, retaining clips and properly more stuff because I can't test the unit the way the customer has it, and the big concern is that major parts are in working conditions, I explained to the customer I was going to summit it to their extended warranty and will let them know what they decide ; saved tckt"

"Checked unit and ice was stuck on the ice maker, I removed the stuck ice and showed the customer the problem, and explained to them why it's doing that it's because the unit is get way too much water pressure, and making really big ice cubes, I explained to the customer by lowering the water pressure that might help with the problem"
