Arrived at customer home and Mrs stated that there is ice production at this time and also began to inform me that the Home warranty company had sent out 2 other different Appliance companies before finally scheduling again with ASI..Also that one of those companies had told her that the Seal system had too much freon and proceeded to remove freon from the system 'knowingly' entering the seal system. Called 3rd Party Team and notified then that since 2 other Companies had worked on the fridge and seal system there is no way of telling what all they did and therefore ASI would not be able to move forward with this Repair.
