Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. Unit was pulled out already disconnected from wall. I connected unit powered on working(picture attached). DIFFERENT ISSUE After inspection unit has power turning on working properly. Customer stated unit is working making ice normal. They where experiencing water coming out behind unit at the bottom the water drain had come off(picture attached). This is an installation issue (pictures attached). Water drain hose line is so stretched very short no way to connected to unit. They used silicone to connect hose to drain pump (picture attached). The unit is working as designed this would be installation issue. I got with the techline and documented they said the same thing customer to get with installers. SR# 7740319731.

Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed the unit got stuck during test #6 in diagnostics. It would spin but not at its full speed. Theres a communication issue between the board and the components. Upon arrival and after replacing the new console the unit still would trip the breaker. After talking with Techline we noticed the unit was on a 20amp breaker along with a gfci. We asked the customer to have an electrician to take a look at the breaker and wiring to make sure its properly installed and able to handle the oven. The amp itself currently on is too low. Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed the back unit burner heads were swapped. Once I put them in the correct place all unit burners worked perfectly as designed

"Arrived at customer home and right away customer started saying its Not even a month Old Asked customer what the complaint was and she said it gets very noisy after 15 minutes or so, she showed me an audio video of noise. I could not detrmine the cause of it. Advisde customer that I could run diagnostics and see if any codes popped up and I could try and listen for noise complaint while I was there but if I could not duplicate noise I would be difficult locating root cause. She starting getting upset saying, why was I there then if not to find noise.
