Bottom liner of Evan was not put in properly. Had to pull it out and re-put it back on all operations OK now.

Not getting a reading from the drain pump through the wire harness at the control port need to replace a control board wire harness and the drain pump. Customer had the unit uninstalled told her she needs to have it installed whenever I come back to put parts on.; ordrng 1 W11428994 (Control unit) and 1 W11335100 (Lower wire harness) and 1 W11259498 (Drain pump)

Installed all parts motor was broken and fan blade was damaged. Didnt need the fan housing all operations OK now after installation of parts.

Technician could not change suspension rods due to the fact that customer has informed the technician that geek squad has worked on the unit 4 to 5 times and made it worse after the last repair. Customer was informed that he is being referred back to geek squad and the person he said worked on the unit was Jessica from the geek squad. Theres no Jessica that works at ASI appliance. Customer was referred back to Best Buy/geek squad.

Check unit to find customer has a shorted control caused by the GFCI outlet. He was informed to have outlet changed to a standard outlet before any parts can be ordered. Unit is OK.
