"Upon arrival I saw the bake element was not heating nor the broil, I took a look at the back of the dsi, and it was not connected, I reconnected them and it is now heating."

Found motor not flush. Fixed sump seal stopping spray arm from hitting lower rack.

Upon arrival you can hear motor come on but drum was not spinning. I reinstalled pulley and belt.

Upon arrival unit was not agitating. After inspecting under washer saw actuator not in its proper location. I reinstalled actuator and cam.

Diagnosed dishwasher not draining properly. Unplugged new garbage disposal unit begin to drain correctly.

Diagnosed washer unable to press any operations on user interface. Reconnected interface harness not pushed in. Operations begin to run as constructed.

Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed something stuck in the blower wheel. Once removed and tested the unit ran properly as designed.

Upon arrival unit oven was not heating went into diagnostics and found loose wire to element unit is now heating

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection drain pump not coming on. Faulty connection harness . I reapired and secured faulty connection to drain pump. Tested unit passed. Unit is working as designed.

I replaced the pump and motor and checked ok

Oven has been calibrated and is within 15? of its set temperature unit is functioning as designed all operations OK

Check unit to find all operations working as designed unit only cutting off after pulling more power to operate oven when using burners unit does not pop the breaker. Customer has a heart breaker instead of a standard breaker. Customer needs to have an electrician switch out breaker. Ill find this was reported to Whirlpool safety. ran diag. cycled unit. noted low water input. checked supply pressure. removed filter(only 3 months old) unit water flow increased. unit is making ice. advised cust on filter replacement. unit tested ok.

Removed the old icemaker and installed a new one. Checked the harness connection and power supply. Allow 48-72 hours for a full batch of ice to form.

"Replaced the icemaker and damper control. Both compartments are operating as designed with no noise beyond normal operation. Immediately after replacing the icemaker, the unit called for water to fill the ice maker. As the water was pouring in, the customer expressed concern about the noise. I assured her that this is normal and that the sound comes from the valve opening and water moving through the system."

Upon arrival and after replacing the parts the unit began draining properly and also completed a diagnostic cycle with no issues. The unit is now working properly as designed.
