Customer noise complaint was regarding the buzz the compressor makes while in operation I opened back panel and inspected for any loose or vibration of metal to metal for any noises. Fridge was running while troubleshooting and the specific noise the customer was pointing out was the normal operating noise of compressor while onAdvised that the noise is normal and nothing g that can be done. Inspected further and found customer was blocking the interior thermistors of fridge and freezer therefore not reading proper temperatures and compressor coming On more often then normal or staying ON longer Advised to keep free and opened for proper airflow to reach it

Arrived at customer home and as soon as I entered house customer was already upset and I had not even opened the fridge yet. He showed me drawers he claimed were defective and I opened and closed both drawers several times each and working as designed. Customer was video recording me without my permission without giving him any probable cause to do so. Thats when I also recorded the operation of drawers and sent to my supervisor to analyze and we both agree operating as designed. Customer upset for no reason.
