"I ran a diagnostic and no error codes found in the memory, unit went fine on the auto test, customer said it's because there wasn't any clothes so I asked her to bring a load, I ran a quick cycle and it went perfectly fine even after I explained to the customer how to load it correctly she loaded it with sweater, dresses, underwear, towels and sheets and even like that the cycle went perfectly fine, I showed it to the customer that she needs to clean the unit because the bellow has balls of dog hair, coins and other pieces junk, and also to clean it with affrresh, the customer kept talking that she a Samsun washer that was better and superior than whirlpool, and that she didn't have to do anything like that and it never gave her any problem like that, so i referred her to contact customer service"
