"there are no errors or part failures present, fter inspecting the door's bottom cover and push plate clip, no missing screws were found. The slight angle observed in the bottom cover appears to be caused by the wood paneling pressing against the push plate clip, which has gradually caused it to bend outward. Replacing the push plate or bottom cover would not resolve the issue, as the paneling would continue to exert the same pressure on any new components. Additionally, the components in question are fully operational and not defective. This condition does not affect the units cooling performance and is considered a cosmetic concern. Cosmetic issues will not be covered"

"Customer is not having cooling issues. The issue with the unit was a customer spilled ice all in the freezer so the whole bottom of the freezer was full of cubes, causing the door not to shut properly. The left side of the freezer door had about an inch gap and there was condensation buildup all inside the freezer and it was only reading about 17? with the door being left open took the door off and took the bins out cleared out all of the ice. Make sure the hinges were working properly, installed the door back, and it was sealing and closing up as designed. I advised the customer to go ahead and continue using it and monitor if theres any other issues, log it with pictures or videos and give us a call back But as of right now, that is the only issue that was found with the unit All operations unit operating has designed now"

"The ice chute door panel has been replaced twice before, and the customer did not want me to change it again. Ice was building up at Ice funnel, not letting it dispense. I checked for any air leak at ice chute, and I did not see any cold air leaking out, I checked with temp gun, and the temp was reading around 70 degrees. I documented with techline, and their suggestion is that if customers use a lot of ice and crushed ice, they will have to manually clean ice bin regularly to prevent it from building up again. Techline instructed that if customers have any more issues, they will have to go through customer service but that no other parts can be replaced regarding this issueSr#7741806207; saved tckt"
