"Got into diagnostics and got 2 error codes. F0E5 - Off Balance, F0E2 - Oversuds. Ran a test cycle to test suspension, no wild movement during test cycle. Got under the unit to check for sign of bent rods or springs not in positions - suspension good. Press down on basket to test tension - good. I explain to customer to properly load unit and balance out weight when loading and to also use high efficiency detergent. Customer then started to load clothes and then noticed she is also loading mix loads (shirts, jeans/pants, towels etc) - no parts failure - unit is working as design"
