There was no damage to the replacement door at the time of installationsee pictures for proof.Drawer Rails Although it is unclear why these were ordered, as they were neither bent nor damaged and were operating as intended, the customer insisted that the drawer rails be replaced. Nonetheless, I proceeded with the replacement, and the new rails are functioning exactly the same as the originals.If the concern is that one side closes slightly slower than the other, causing a subtle uneven motion when closing, this is by design. The soft-close hinges/rails utilize a 'hydraulic damper,' a fluid-filled cylinder that regulates the closing motion. This is not a defect or failure of the rails."
