"Unit working as normal. Unit's controls were responding, able to change between diff cycles, drain pump working, agitating & washing as normal. I was able to go into diagnostic and run test cycle both under service mode and out. Under diagnostics we did have 2 error codes F0E3 - OVERLOAD // F7E8 - MOTOR STATOR OVER TEMP (over heat). Customer informed me that the 1st cycle will work just fine as normal and completely finish but when going into the next load right after it will stop mid way.According to customer F0E3 is a repeating error code they've gotten before when using unit. This is not a part failure code but instead an indication the unit is being over loaded with too much clothes making the drum too heavy likely hitting the floor creating a strain on motor components. A continued strain on the stator motor with cause over heat issues leading us into our next error code F7E8. Customer needs to stop overloading unit and let the unit cool between wash"
