Upon arrival I checked for error codes and there was none. I ran diagnostic and everything sounded good. Customer asked if she could put clothes to test and we did that. I then explained to her about extra power button. It was initially engaged causing less water to come in st first. We test again without power button and the noise Customer was hearing was gone. Unit is working as designed.

Unit was squealing loud when trying to fill up a water due to the high water pressure close the valve down to about 75% of the way open and the unit instantly stopped squealing while I was trying to fill unit is operating as designed all operations OK

Customer said the unit was throwing an error code went to diagnostics and it was throwing an F7E1 error code clear the code and ran test modes and did not pick up any codes. Customer advised me that his dad loads it full to the top and runs a cycle Id advise the customer not to do that because it will damage the unit and to only fill it up about halfway no more than 3/4 of the tub full of clothes. Ran the unit with no issues all operations OK
