"Oven is operating as designed customer was trying to compare the oven air frying mode to the air fryer on the counter, saying that the food is not getting as crispy as it should. I advise the customer that the oven air fryer will not get as crispy as the countertop air fryer because the cavities are two different sizes and Theyre two different Appliances He advised me that he understood that and I told him that we could turn the calibration up if hed like, but that will also adjust your bake and your broil. Customer advised that he didnt want to change the calibration and I showed him how to do it if he ever feels that its getting too hot or not hot enough with his food.All operations OK unit is working as designed"
