Upon arrival customer was saying previous tech didn't fixture the issue. Customer was complaining on freezer door getting stuck and freezer light not working. I inspected freezer door and I couldn't recreate issue. I explained to customer that I would record a video and send it to our master technicians. Customer wasn't happy with that and call ASI office. I sent video to our master technicians and they said the freezer door is good and icing glaze will build on metal rails because of humidity coming into freezer when door is bring open. "Arrived at customer home to troubleshoot and per customer another technician had already replaced compressorRemoved back cover to confirm anad yes, new compressor is in place but noticed frosting on copper pipes. Potential restriction in seal system, low on charge and or having a defrost issue NOTE: found the compressor running ana evaporator fan running but very little to no airflow coming into the fridge compartment, therfore believingits frozen and not allowing proper airflow to cool down. Will order defrost harness, thermistor, air duct, and diffuser in case needed. ; ordrng 1 W11609822 (Harness) and 1 WPW10384183 (Thermistor) and 1 W11208347 (Air duct) and 1 W11199204 (Air diffuser)"

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection no error codes found. I ran cycle unit completed normal. I showed customer heating element working. I adviced customer on using Finish Dry Rinse Aid (picture attached). Unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection freezer door switch was stuck in the open position due to very packed caused ice frost buildup around freezer door switch. The ice maker was off too( picture attached). After fixing switch tested unit ice maker working. I adviced customer to make space in freezer so door can closed correctly if not it can happend again.Unit is working as designed.
