Diagnosed washer with unit out of balanced in spin cycle. Ran multiple cycles with heavy wet towels adjusted them properly had no issues present. Informed customer loading improperly can lead to future issues. Job complete.

Diagnosed dryer with drum not spinning. Realigned belt slipped out of position from pulley. Once corrected operations begin to run properly.

Went through diagnostic test and everything was checking out good customer was just complaining about the fan and his compressor humming loud. I advised him that its going to start running more as the days get hotter because it has to work harder. Theres not much you can do about it hummingunless it was not cooling and trying to constantly run but the refrigerator is working as normal all operations OK

"When testing for voltage at the heating element, we are only getting 75 V so we are losing voltage coming to the dryer when I test the wall plug L1 to ground. We only have 17.30 V and then checking the L2 to ground we only have 17.53 V then L1 and L2 together we have 250. We need the voltage in the wall to be fixed. The customer advised that I plugged the dryer into the other plug next to it so I did and it still did not work and I checked the plug with my meter and it was the exact same way. I advised the customer that he needs to have the electrician come out and fix the wiring because we are losing voltage. No issues were found with the appliance itself. The dryer has voltage coming to the heating element just not enough and all of the fuses inside are testing. Good customer needs electrician.He also asked if he could get this information put on his invoice and emailed back to him so please send the customer a copy of what is going on"

"Service Summary & Recommendation,I wanted to follow up with a summary of the findings on your KitchenAid refrigerator.After thoroughly inspecting the unit, I can confirm that the sealed system is functioning properly. There are no leaks or signs of damage, the unit has a good frost pattern, the 3-way valve is responding properly, and the system is fully capable of cooling and reaching the recommended temperatures. During inspection, both compartments were cooling and maintaining proper temperatures as expected.However, the temperature fluctuations youve experienced appear to be caused by an electrical issue, likely related to the control system or the temperature sensors (thermistors) in both compartments. These components are responsible for monitoring internal temperatures and signaling the control board when to cycle the compressor. If any of these components are malfunctioning or giving inaccurate readings, it can lead to inconsistent cooling performance.In reference to the previous technicians visit, Id like to clarify that this model does not have the capability to store or retrieve historical temperature data. There is no built-in system that logs temperatures over time. The correct and industry-standard method for capturing temperature fluctuations is by using external data loggers, which are typically placed inside the unit for 5 to 7 days to monitor and record any temperature dips or spikes. If no such equipment was left behind, it would not have been possible to accurately review past temperature performance.At this time, I recommend contacting the previous company and requesting that they send a senior technician to perform a full diagnostic using proper tools, including data loggers if needed."

Upon diagnosing with Techline and per Techline the sound they are experiencing is from the steam dry option the unit has but has no water running through it. I recommended the customer to turn that option off. The static reduce option was cashing the sound. It would need to be turned off. SR# 7741314228
