Upon arrival I diagnosed unit. Error code( F8E1 F2E3 ). I ran diagnostic cycle unit completed normally. I ran a quick cycle with her towels unit completed cycle normally. I couldn't duplicate issue. I called techline before replacing possible faulty control board customer is to fix drain line needs air gap the way it's installed it can cause siphoning and cause unit to stop cycle( picture attached). "F7E1 F0E9Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I noticed 2 error codes. I then cleared the error codes and ran a diagnostic cycle. After running the diagnostic cycle, I ran a drain and spin cycle and the unit passed all test and is performing well. I then went back to check for stored codes and the codes did not come back. I believe that the codes were caused by an off balance load, causing the unit to not function. But while I tested the unit, it was responsive and working perfectly fine. The unit is working properly as designed."
