Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed the water valves in the unit it self are working. The ice maker completed a harvest test without any issues also. But I noticed when it called for water the valve would kick on but no water would come in. I then wanted to check the water valve from the house to see if there was any water coming into the fridge at all. The valve was stuck and I wasnt able to close it. So to avoid any leaks I recommended the customer to contact the builder and get a plumber to take a look at the valve. Its looking like there could be a stuck/bad water valve coming from the home. Seems like the unit itself is working properly as designed.
