"Checked unit and everything was working as it's designed, the customer said a week ago the refrigerator and freezer were covered with frost like snow and dipping water everywhere, the customer cleaned it and since then it's been working fine, and she said because that we would need to do something, I explained to the customer in order for us to do something the problem needs to be present, and as right now the freezer temperatures is 0 degrees and fresh food 38 degrees and icemaker is full of ice, and customer said what Im was going to do about her water because it's barely coming out of the dispenser, I asked the customer when was the last time she changed the water filter the customer said never, I removed the filter and showed the customer she needed a filter and without the filter it worked fine, the customer said she was going to keep calling and we have to do better than that"
