"Checked unit and everything was working as it's designed, the customer said a week ago the refrigerator and freezer were covered with frost like snow and dipping water everywhere, the customer cleaned it and since then it's been working fine, and she said because that we would need to do something, I explained to the customer in order for us to do something the problem needs to be present, and as right now the freezer temperatures is 0 degrees and fresh food 38 degrees and icemaker is full of ice, and customer said what Im was going to do about her water because it's barely coming out of the dispenser, I asked the customer when was the last time she changed the water filter the customer said never, I removed the filter and showed the customer she needed a filter and without the filter it worked fine, the customer said she was going to keep calling and we have to do better than that"

Upon arrival customer was mentioning unit was getting stuck on rinse/spin. I ran diagnostic and found error code F2E1 (stuck button) I ran diagnostic cycle and error went away and unit is working as designed. Customer was still under the impression unit will not work properly. I ran a normal cycle and asked customer if he read the manual on unit and he said no. I then looked at service matters to find that a normal cycle can run about 60 minutes. Customer was insisting unit last longer cause it gets stuck on rinse and spin. I waited for cycle to complete and it finished within the hour. I called techline to document SR 7741522433 unit is working as designed.

"Arrived at customer home to replaced additional parts, began removing the agitator and it was hard to remove then tried to remove the inner basket but the gearcase spline was really stuck not allowing to release the basket to access the gearcase from under the machine. Tried banging it with 3lb sledge hammer no luck. This machine has been fighting EVERY single step of the repair/dissasemble process. I now forced to order basket and drill out the old one out to remove old gearcase. Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection ice maker had error code E5 i reset it unit. I tested ice maker harvest complete past water test passed good.
