"Customer said that she had we fix it. Appliances come out on Monday and diagnose the unit. They said that there was a compressor sealed system issue and he recommended her to call it in a whirlpool because it is covered for sealed system. Still I showed up to the house to diagnose and the customer had the unit unplugged since the other company we fix it came out on Monday. I plugged the unit in and let it run for about 10 minutes so that I could diagnose and see if it was exchanging heat. The unit was 100% exchanging heat by the compressor, checked the evaporator and the whole thing was frosted over within 10 minutes. Advise the customer I do not think this is a sealed system issue and that we will have to come back to properly diagnose the unit and we need to make sure to leave it plugged in until we come back out so that we can fully assess what is wrong with the unit because right now it is not a sealed system issue. The whole evaporator is frosted over and the compressor is exchanging heat like supposed to.NEED TO RESCHEDULE CUSTOMER ; saved tckt"

Showed up to customers house and the guard cover for the motor and port assembly had fallen off due to the pulley rubbing on it ran the diagnostics and the pulley sounded like it was out of tolerance so I replaced the Splutch asm off of Truck stock and ran diagnostics test unit sounded a lot better started a normal cycle with towels and told the customer to get back with me to update me how it went All ops okay customer said unit completed cycle with not issues ; used 1 W10721967 (Splotch Asm) from stock

He said that there is no issues with his plug and he trust his master electrician over me because he does not think I know what I am doing. "Upon arrival costumer experienced oven tripping breaker due to her having it on bake, I explained to her how and why it happens to the new homes and the gfci breakers, I told her I will leave it on broil about 10 to 15 minutes and will put it on bake to see if it will trip the breaker, after putting it on broil and bake it did not trip breaker it is working as designed.
