Upon arrival i inspected unit the Call was for over trim peace that had come off due to the housekeeper.I pulled the oven out just enough to reinstall the trim piece. The customer is aware that the trim peace is not secure to the cabinet.

I called techline and they suggested to replace tub assembly. ; ordrng 1 W11378552 (Tub assembly)

Spoke with maintenance supervisor and unit panel ui is coming on and off by itself. Will need a new panel UI. ; ordrng 1 W11642015 (Panel UI)

Upon arrival customer mentioned that every time they open door it pulls the fridge forward. I looked to see if this model had the stoppers and it didn't. I explained to customer that this unit doesn't have stoppers to adjust.

"Upon arrival I turn unit on and it tried to run but nothing happened. I ran diagnostic and found 3 error codes. F8E4 (drain motor failure) F9E1 (diverter couldn't find position) F4E4 (motor failure) customer also mentioned that unit was leaking water. I explained i need to fix these issues first in order to get unit to work properly to see where water is leaking from.
