Put refrigerator into diagnostics mode and could not get the unit to run a harvest. It was reading 23 which was saying sensors bad or motor. I changed the icemaker with the one on Truck stock and it still was reading the same so I need to replace the sensors also could not get the unit to fill up Because the fill up test was reading that icemaker is moving to home position and also the switches are reading that the bucket is present even after I remove it so the switches are not working. ; ordrng 1 W11130444 (Icemaker) and 1 W11466849 (Cover with sensors and switch) and 1 W11440349 (Control board)

"SR#7741184535Did testing on the whole unit with Techline on the phone and the part that I ordered is not in the box was supposed to have a main control board with an interface on it as an assembly and I only got the interface and the customer is very irritated because the board is on backorder and who knows when the oven will be fixed. I advise the customer he can call the customer service and speak with them about this issue, but theres not much I can do other than putting the part on orderand getting it as soon as possible. Ran test with Techline and everything is checking out good with wiring and the bake element and all of the om checks Techline says the reason the bank is not coming on is due to the main control board.; ordrng 1 W11556519 (Main oven control)"

Customer was concerned about the EVAP panel cover was vibrating loudly due to it being loose and the fan vibrating the cover took the cover off and placed on properly so it does not vibrate loud anymore all operations OK Also advised it is normal for u to be able to hear the fan running when its cooling as long as its not hitting anything all ops are okay
