adjusted burner flames on all burners and checked all operations. ck ok

I removed moisture in oven by turning on broil element and then turning on bake for 30 min. Unit is no longer tripping breaker.

Upon arrival front right burner not igniting. I secured wire in spark module.

"Checked unit and the light bulbs in the oven were not working, I took it off and showed it to the customer that it's a normal light bulb and it could be purchased at any hardware store, and it will not be covered, the customer answered if it's a normal light bulb why don't I carry it and pay for it, and the customer moved to the second compliant which was the door from the microwave showing me that the door doesn't close correctly, by slamming the door, I explained to the customer on how the unit works, that it has a monitor switches and the door can't be slammed because it will bounce back, and it will not work just like he described, also it was dirty with a lot of popcorn seeds everywhere and some stuck in the hinges which also makes it hard to close correctly, I showed the customer on how to close the door correctly, the customer said why does he has to do what I was saying, and not use it the way he wants, by showing me how he slammed the door with a lot of force, that I had to step back because I was afraid something was going to break and hit me on my face, the customer just not did it once he did it multiple time wanting to break something, by looking at that, I just referred the customer to contact customer service and started walking out of the house, and the customer followed me all the way to my out to my truck calling me names and insulting me, I called their extended warranty and documented with them File#. 7740591128"

Adjusted door and latch ran test all operations normal.

"Technician arrived at residence spoke to customer with respectK and immediately was attacked on her beliefs of Centerpoint stating that the range is the problem. OK take in consideration and proceeded to check unit which customer refuses for me to turn on gas to check unit and I immediately turned around and said maam I cant check the unit without gas supply if it is a leak so therefore I turn on gas and proceeded normal diagnosis and determine the unit is not leaking gas. It is burning combustion and I proceeded to turn off gas and walk to my truck to call Whirlpool safety and inform safety of my findings which customer wanted technician to wait on builder and shes like I cant believe youre leaving and youre not gonna wait on the builder. Im like maam Im gonna be in my truck on the phone with Whirlpool if he pulls up, you can inform him that Im outside on the phone with Whirlpool which the builder walks up to my truck and proceeded to tell me just how rude Mrs and husband are which that has nothing to do with the reason Im checking the unit. I reported all my finances and informed customer that she could call Whirlpool safety from this point on that the unit is working as designed she proceeds to cuss me out, etc. I ignore the cursing and I moved on to the next customer on my route with her being rude to me. I could have picked up my bag and left the premises, but I did not. I did my job with a CO monitor and she does not like what shes being told and dont wanna take what shes being told because shes saying it is a leak that centerpoint said the unit was the problem and thats it no matter what I said or checked it was not to her satisfactory because she is expecting technician check valves, technician, check, burners, technician, check regulator gas supply oven orifices everything that requires the flow of gas was checked. There is no gas leak on this particular unit unit is OK"

Closing out Unit got replaced

checked unit out door gascket was rolled not sitting right made unit right unit checked out

removed debris from front drum seal and adjusted blower housing and checked operations. ck ok

Checked unit and adjusted door latch and releveled uniit. Ran test cycle and unit checks ok.

Tech assist for JL

Diagnosed refrigerator with low ice production. Defrosted frozen ice maker tube blocking fill cycle. Unit now filling properly.

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. Noise coming from blower. Removed unit after inspection blower resteicted with debris. I removed debris. Install unit and tested. No more noise. Unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. Drain pump not coming on. After inspection drain harness faulty wire. I repair wire harness and reconnected to pump. I tested unit afterwards. Unit passed. Unit is working as designed.

Reinstalled loose connections on control ran test all operations normal.

Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed a loose drain pump wire. Once secured the unit began to drain properly. No parts needed unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival went to diagnostic connected loose wire to heater advised customer to use rinse aid unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed it was getting 240 volts but had a loose neutral wire at the terminal block. Once it was secured the unit had power and functioned as designed. No parts needed.

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection water fill tube was restricted ice build up. I thawed ice in fill tube. Tested unit. Water coming to icemaker passed. Unit is working as designed.

Install parts all operations OK unit started and is running good

Ice maker didnt turn the cubes all the way out of the Tray and fan isnt blowing very hard ; ordrng 1 W11554919 (Ice maker) and 1 W10833801 (Ice box fan)

Install the components oven is kicking on and running good all operations OK now

Wire harness was broken going down to the drain pump causing it to throw a long drain error code whole different issue from before previous issue. The drain pump was turning on and running too long replace the connectors on the end of the drain pump wires all operations OK now
