Icemaker makes ice intermittently. Customer says it will stop for a week and then it will dump a batch or two and then goes back to nothing. Whenever I open the lid. There is small baby cubes frozen to the flap coming out when I checked the icemaker it had about a quarter of a cube frozen in the bottom of the icemaker as if the unit is not filling up to its full capacity ran the fill tube heater for about four minutes and then the fill cycle and the unit filled up properly. Need to replace the filter tube heater. And possibly additional insulation parts ; ordrng 1 W10706850 (Filter tube heater) and 1 W11255718 (Dual ceiling water valve)

Upon arrival i replaced part water valve. After replacement i tested unit no water leak (picture attached). I called techline to document that i couldnt recreate issue but because customer said unit leak randomly and he had to redue the flooring damage and said he didnt want that unit in the house i replaced water valve and shark bite connector . I tested multiple times and i left old part with customer. Unit is working as designed. SR#7741302560

Found dryer working as design main vent that run outside. The cover is painted over so therefore it wont it cant vent out.

Upon arrival and diagnosing with Techline it seems like another bad compressor. Based off of pressure readings and temps Per Techline we would need to attempt another seal system job. Due to the filter drier line getting shorter and possibly being too short we will attempt the seal system job in hopes to have enough line for the job. It has a plastic popping sound but I made sure to inspect every surrounding part to verify everything is secured and not rubbing. Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed the door had multiple rusted and rusting parts due to a potential leak coming from the ice maker compartment.
