"SR# 7740323560 whats the saying that the washer runs for an hour and a half on every cycle no matter what but she had all of her extra options turned on with the heaviest soil level and an extra rinse and wash with the extra power knob on told the customer that all of these extra options add more time to each cycle, depending on what you pick I showed her example if I turn the extra power off and put it on quick wash that it would not run for any longer than 30 to 40 minutes and it ran for about 28 after it completed the cycle. Told the customer her unit was working completely normal, she requested that I fix the waterlines because when she washed on cold, the hot water came out Home Depot hooked it up backwards so I just had to swap the lines on the water valve operations OK"
