Upon arrival I diagnosed unit. After inspection unit only had error code f2e1 stuck key making beeping sound. I reset it control board error codes clear and beeping noise went away. Door gasket seal is good (pictures attached ).I then ran unit and unit pass tested okay (pictures attached). I explain to customer leaks happens when broiling food is uncovered. Steam caused a false stuck key error (pictures attached) I adviced to cover and move food. Some food has more fat then other can cause a lot of steam or fat to drip and they're is no drip pan like outside grills. Customer showed damage cabinet trim (picture attached). Unit is working as designed. Techline adviced to cover for food and to clean spills.Case#232200965

"Tested water dispenser to see what type of water pressure I was working with..... found it very LowAsked customer when was last time she replaced filter, Mrs said 1 month agoAsked if she had new filter, she said yes. I replaced same pressure...lowAsked where she purchased, she was not sure if from AmazonUploaded picture of filters for documentationReplaced ice maker but advised customer to purchase new 'certified' water filter to ensure low pressure is not coming from failed filters....Mrs stated she would purchase new filter and call back if afterwards issue continued."
