Found water leaking from inlet tube to ice maker. Adjusted inlet tube and cycled ice maker.

Found faulty control board. Removed and replaced control board. Ran recalibration and tested

Found left front burner valve broken. Removed and replaced valve assembly. Reinstalled cooktop and tested

Found freezer door gasket not sealing properly and causing ice to collect on evaporator fan. Adjusted freezer door gasket and cleaned ice from evaporator fan blade. Reset cold control

Found open fuse. Removed and replaced thermal fuse. Reset breaker and tested. Breaker tripped. Customer needs electrician

Replaced faulty suspension rods. Unit is now working as intended no issues at this time

Took unit apart to replace control and I found a loose wire at microwave appliance manager. Replaced wire correctly. Unit is now working as intended no issues at this time

Installed parts all ops okay put unit into diagnostic test and ran cycle everything was working properly and passed test

Unit will not ignite on the bake or the broil need to order a DSI board along with control board; ordrng 1 W10920631 (DSI board) and 1 W11520700 (Main control)

"F9E2 long drain electrical issue F8E4 Float switch open Customer said she does pre wash her dishes using Dawn then when I told her if any of the dawn soap is getting left on the dishes and put in the dishwasher. It can definitely cause this issue then she said oh no I dont pre-wash with Dawn soap I 100% know better than to put Dawn soap in the dishwasher I just advised her well if you do its not bad that you used on soap washing them in the sink. Just make sure youre rinsing it all off before you stack them inside the dishwasher.Ran the first diagnostic test and had lots of suds buildup without putting any soap in the unit let it complete the cycle and ran it a second time after draining it all out still had a big suds buildup did the same thing. A third time still had a good amount left of suds so I told the customer to put some oil in it about a tablespoon and we ran a fourth to kill the studs and drain it all out, and I informed the customer that the issue we are having is all in the studs depend depending on whether it is the dishwasher soap that we are using or the dawn soap getting inside the dishwasher, but the unit is functioning as designed.CALLED INTO TECHLINE TO DOCUMENT SR#7741887291"

I replaced the pump and motor and unit started working fine

Upon arrival i removed unit to service. I replaced parts. After replacement i tested unit. Unit is now dispensing soap. I left old parts with customer. Unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection there where no error codes in unit. Customer said problem is with lower oven not heating. I tested heating elements both working. I set unit to bake unit is heating reached set temperature. I called techline to give temperatures unit is not showing signs of not heating on the contrary is heating more. Upon arrival i replaced parts. Removed unit after replacement i tested unit. Unit light turns off functioning and turntable working normal (pictures attached). I left old parts with customer. Unit is working as designed.

"Inspected and found fridge water pressure very low. Removed filter and still very low Removed water supply line to check if water was entering the unit and strong pressure going into fridge but not dispensing and low,thin ice production. Asked customer when was last time filter was replaced, she was not sure. Advised to replace filter and monitor, if issue continues I would send quote for dual water valve if needed Sent quote for dual water valve W11043013 and uploaded picture for documentation"

"Arrived at customer home to replace cooktop light indicater harness Noticed that the entire cooktop edge was sealed with silicone, advised before moving forward that I would need to break the seal to remove cooktop and that builder would have to reseal and that if she was ok with it before proceeding. Mrs was ok with that. Replaced harness and tested. Mrs tested aswell, all burners and lights coming ON"

Installed all parts ran unit for diagnostics test and it is no longer throwing any error codes and its also not leaking any water after test unit is operating properly now all operations OK also informed the customer about pre-washing dishes and making sure that all of the dishes are rinsed off 100% leaving no dish soap residue on the dishes before theyre getting put into the unit because that will cause it to overflow into the tray and throw the F8E4 error code but other than that the unit is operating properly and no longer throwing any codes all operation okay

"Customer said it was making a super loud noise, but he also did mention that the knob was loose and he thought it was just when the fan would come on the knob was rattling on the shelf so I tightened everything down and put the unit into diagnostics and ran the freezer fan andwe could not get any noises to come out of it. He also did mention that the whole freezer section was completely empty when it was making the noise he just now put stuff in it and hasnt heard it since. Advised him that that could have caused some rattling with the drawers being empty, but not on hundred percent guarantee tightened everything down and put back as designed everything is operating properly all operations OK"
