"Customer hearing buzzing noise when running the microwave and the top vent opens, went out to the house and was only able to replicate the sound once or twice while taking a video with lots of background noise after the customer turned off the TV and Dryer in the background we tried to replicate it and take another video and tried about two more times and were not successful to get the unit to make the noise again so I advised the customer that I would call it in and update them on what they think after calling it into Techline they deemed the unit as all operations OK no issues or errors 100% normal operation.
