Upon arrival customer was saying previous tech didn't fixture the issue. Customer was complaining on freezer door getting stuck and freezer light not working. I inspected freezer door and I couldn't recreate issue. I explained to customer that I would record a video and send it to our master technicians. Customer wasn't happy with that and call ASI office.
