"Inspected and found low ice production, checked water filter and found it clogged very low water pressure. Advised customer to purchase a certified filter. Found corroded UI board and wires Also torn door gaskets ; ordrng 2 W10846057 (Gaskets)s and 1 W10815674 (Pantry drawer) and 1 WPW10677119 (UI panel) and 1 WPW10675033 (Contol board)"

Customer complaint was that there is ice buildup on freezer door Inspected and found door not closing properly Also customer had mullion heater turned off Advised to leave on to assist with moisture And to also ensure food in freezer is not obstructed from closing doorUnit is cooling as designed

"Arrived at customer home to trouble shoot MW sparkingFound no power to unit. Proceeded to check breaker and in doing so, noticed customer cooking in the garage with propane and portable gas stove and had a huge pot going. Did not think nothing of it but did seem odd. Breaker was not tripped and proceeded to inspect interior of MW. There is where I saw signs of water or moisture penetration inside where the controls and heating components are located. There was rust build up signs that it had been happening for extended periods of time. I cannot prove it but my opinion is that they cook with Big pots under the MW for long periods of time therefore steam getting into the interior of cabinet. Tried to advise of findings and they got really upset that I would even bring that up. Tried to explain to them that if Safety team even went forward with repairs if they would continue cooking the same manner it would happen again in couple more months. They were just not willing to listen. I strongly believe it was use n care neglect. Called tech support and documented with same pictures uploaded SR#7738842575 But if Whirlpool decides to move forward with repairs it would take replacing Transformer,magnetron,capacitor,diode,magnetron thermostatNOTE: customer upset at me for noticing and pointing out what has been happening and wants another tech."

Fixed jammed door hinge

Upon arrival dryer was not coming on. I test it the door switch and it was good. I tested voltage and it was good. I then started to check connection and found the connection to door switch not snapped all the way in. I secured it and tested unit. Dryer is coming on.

Closing out for trip an diagnostics

Spoke with Whirlpool Techline and Whirlpool Trade care team. Customer will need to pay $149.95 plus tax for trip charge and labor .Customer is a nuisance call saying that the gaskets are not the same and that they are uneven on the first ever visit in 2023 reference prior notes.explain to the customer you cannot control. The depth of the door gaskets and frosting is normal is on evaporator coil before the defrost cycle kicks in and explain all this to the customer customer called in complaining over and over about the same things. Gasket that was changed out may have be sliced. Customer has mention before reference prior notes of wanting a new refrigerator. Nothing is wrong with the unit.

Replaced door hinges and the same complaint happened only when door is forced closed by consumer. There is no problem it is the soft close function of the door. Consumer has to close the door 3/4 of the way and then let go and the door will close automatically. Tested ok.

Upon arrival I diagnose unit no error codes found. After inspection noise coming from unlevel legs. I leveled front legs on unit. Unit is working as designed

Found unit making minimal ice and then melting inside the ice bucket. Order ice maker and ice bucket sensor ; ordrng 1 W11658802 (Ice maker) and 1 Icebintempsensor (Don't know the part number)

Found unit with a broken latch. Replace the latch with one that works. Checked for fault codes. All clear

Found that the wire harness is broken AGAIN. Need to call for replacement on Monday
