Ran the unit through service test mode 120 for the icemaker diagnostic cycle and it threw a error code the first time saying that the ice bin was full and then after running it a second time it kept on throwing cannot find the end of harvest location. Also tried to run the fill test and could not get the icemaker to fill up even after running the filter tube heater for about two minutes need to replace the filter tube heater along with the icemaker; ordrng 1 W11391031 (Icemaker assembly) and 1 W11365533 (Icemaker fill tube with heater)

Ran diagnostic and there is no error codes and heater is coming on. I explained to customer to use rinse aid because she stopped using it about a month ago.

I made customer aware the importance of distributing the weight evenly. If not it can cause banging noises especially during spin (picture attached) of load 1 item dog bedding. Check unit to find all operations working properly. Customer was informed that she has obstruction inside the wall and a major blockage for the exhaust. Flow test results are on the document picture and technician also showed customer the blockage on the roof. There is also a picture of that on the document she needs a professional duct cleaning provider unit is OK.

Unable to replicate issue - unit working as design

"During service, two error codes were found on the washer: F7E1 (Tachometer Missing) and F0E3 (Overload). Upon inspection, the protective shield and drive belt were discovered underneath the unit. The issue appears to have been caused by an overload condition that caused the basket to drop low enough to contact the floor, dislodging both the shield and the belt. With the belt off, the drum could not rotate, resulting in the F7E1 error due to the missing tachometer signal. After consulting with Whirlpool Techline (SR# 7741576519) and documenting the findings, the belt was replaced. Its likely the weight of the drum pressing down on the motor belt and the continued strain during operation caused the belt to lose elasticity and slip off. After replacing the belt, a full diagnostic test cycle was completed, during which the drum and basket remained properly positioned, and the unit functioned normally with no further errors. Per Techline no parts issue or replacement needed working as design - if you wish for additional information you can contact your extended warranty or whirlpool customer service and use the SR# as a reference."

Unit working now. All burners and bake turning on. The electrician told me the issue was with the outlet.

Upon arrival and after running a full diagnostics I could not find an issue. I saw no error codes and then ran a diagnostic cycle it also passed with no issues. The customer mentioned it would happen in the beginning of a cycle and I explained how the unit is sensing the load at that point and that is what they are hearing.
