"Upon arrival after finishing up the dryer, I tested the washer unit making sure customer has all appliances working, after diagnosing the washer. It was struggling to drain all the water out in the drain cycle, after disassembling the washer I found that the drain hose was clogged and unable to drain, after cleaning the drain hose and the drain pump.
