Upon arrival i replaced parts. During the process i turn water valve for dishwasher off under sink. after disconnecting water line to water valve few minutes later slowly water started coming out from water line. I had to use pressure hose clampso water won't come out to finish repairs( pictures attached). After replacement i ran unit pump and motor working. Unit is working. Customer has water valve under sink issues and drain clogged under sink because water was coming up to sink backflowing .I made customer aware he was there with me needs to get plumber out there for those issue (pictures attached) i left old parts with customer. "I was sent out as a second opinion on this ongoing claim. The dispatch indicated 'NOT COOLING,' but upon inspection, the unit is cooling properly in both compartments. The customers concerns include freezing items in the refrigerator compartment (RC) drawer, frozen liquids such as milk and ice clumping in the ice bin.To investigate, I conducted a series of Service Tests (ST01, ST02, ST03, and ST16) in diagnostic mode to assess the thermistor operations and overall unit performance. All components tested within normal parameters, with no indications of short circuits or part failures.With no apparent mechanical issues, I reviewed the customers temperature settings. The RC drawer was set to the coldest 'Meat' setting, which increases cold air flow to the drawer, resulting in frozen items. I adjusted the drawer setting to a less cold option to resolve this issue. Additionally, I increased the overall temperature setting in the RC to address the customers complaint about frozen liquids like milk. I also advised the customer to ensure items are not blocking the air vent, as this can disrupt proper airflow and contribute to uneven cooling.Regarding the ice clumping in the ice bin, the explanation is provided on the information label near the access panel, which recommends clearing out unused ice regularly to prevent clumping caused by exposure to air and minor temperature fluctuations.
