Documented with Rob at Tech Line and water at door takes 12 seconds to fill 8oz water with filter installed and 10 seconds without filter. Customer has a Rainsoft water treatment system installed. "Upon arrival I replaced the motor while replacing the motor I found the wires exposed to metal. I taped it down assuming that was the issue was tripping the breaker after putting everything back. I tested unit and it is working. They do have a different swing for the right side l.The installer came out to try to work on the hinges to correct the swing. Per the builder the attempt did not fix the problem. The builder felt like he made it worse.

"Upon arrival, customer was not happy with the door level. She says her old refrigerator does not do that but I explained to her that the new ones in every model is different. I explained to them the only one that is adjustable is the refrigerator door. I lined up the refrigerator and freezer door. It is now aligned. Customer is satisfied."
