Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection heating element is coming on. Heating is cycling on and off as it should (pictures attached). I tested unit air flow connected to wall vent air flow was poor did not passed. I then disconnected air vent from wall. Air flow not restricted and passed strong air flow. Customer is experiencing condensation customer also said her wall vent was already clean like 2 o 3 months ago. I but it still has poor air flow when connected.Unit takes more cycles than normal to dry. I also made customer aware the heating vent duct connected to wall has kinks bents that can also be causing air restriction. Unit is working as designed SR#7742028932

"Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I noticed that the unit was overly packed on the freezer side, causing issues with the airflow. I got a temperature reading of -3 in the freezer section leading to colder air to the refrigerator section. The customer mentioned the top shelf in the refrigerator section was freezing some liquids. I suggested to the customer to free up the back space of the freezer section to allow the air to flow properly. Besides the airflow issue, the unit is working properly as designed."

"Started to replace parts but when attemted to remove the bolt that holds the rotor it was extremely hard to remove and eventually stripped. Tried to use drill bit to remove bolt and was successful but when i removed the rotor found the spline of the gearcase extremely rusted and corroded, sign that it will need additional parts. I will need to basically rebuild the entire drum/basket assembly along with gearcase,washplate,suspension rods. NOTE: My proffesional opinion is that the product too costly to repair; ordrng 1 W10811960 (Basket) and 1 W11568797 (Drain filter) and 1 W11219115 (TUB) and 1 W11130356 (Suspension Rods) and 1 W11393685 (Gearcase) and 1 W10909670 (Spaner Nut) and 1 W10902814 (Washplate)"
