There was no ice coming out, but the auger sounded like it was spinning came out to the house today and did a user interface button check test and the ice dispenser button is not getting stuck and everything is working like its supposed to. "Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I noticed there was an F8E4 error code. I then found some water in the tray where the float switch sensor sits at. I dried the sensor and then ran the unit to try and catch any leak if there was any, but I did not see any water leaking. I then noticed the customer was using a highly concentrated pod. I recommended the customer to switch over to normal pods because the pods they have now can potentially be causing small overflows which caused the F8E4 error code. As of now, the unit is working properly as designed."
