Upon arrival customer mentioned that every time they open door it pulls the fridge forward. I looked to see if this model had the stoppers and it didn't. I explained to customer that this unit doesn't have stoppers to adjust.

F8E4 (drain motor failure) F9E1 (diverter couldn't find position) F4E4 (motor failure) customer also mentioned that unit was leaking water. I explained i need to fix these issues first in order to get unit to work properly to see where water is leaking from. Check unit to find obstruction in wall allowing unit to have long time dries customer was informed that she needs a professional duct cleaning company to come out and clear debris from duct technician ran airflow test with and without hose.
