"Ask if she pre washing dishes And how she is loading it SR# 7741871250Customer stated that the issue with the dishwasher is its leaking from the right side of the bottom of the door And it only leaks whenever they run on a normal cycle along with the high temp wash and the heated dry and extended dry. She said it has leaked both times. She has tried to use it in the past two weeks, but it works fine on the other cycles she has just been using the one hour wash with the heated dry And says it works perfectly fine and does not leak ran the unit through 3 diagnostic test cycles. And did not see or feel a single drop of water underneath the door on the right side or left side. Called it into Techline and had it documented. He said the only possible way for the dishwasher to have an intermittent leak like this as if the customers still have dish soap residue from pre-washing in the sink and putting them in the dishwasher that could cause the intermittent leak or if they are putting too much soap which causes the same thing for it to leak if it is over sudsing he said it could also be the way she is loading the unitOther than that, the dishwasher is working properly and not leaking at all through any of the three cycles I ran it through the customer also tried to say well. My dishes also arent dry at the end of the one hour wash and I told her that they need to add rinse aid to the unit if she wants the water to be off of their dishes when the cycle is finished."
