I then secured the screws, so the door can shut all the way and also noticed that the customer was using a highly concentrated pod. The low side is at -5 and the high side is down to 55 Techline advised that the levels should be balanced out properly already and that there is a small restriction in the sealed system. "Customer is concerned about the smell of the dryer when it was running and heating. I ran the unit for 5 to 10 minutes with nothing in it and the only smell I was picking up with the heating element and possibly a little bit of oil that it was burning off, but no actual burn smell advised a customer that if she ever gets to the point where shes having to run the cycles multiple times to get the dryer to dry the clothes that she will probably smell it then because its a buildup of lint and the heating element is burning it a little but the dryer is operating properly. "Customer complaint with the Appliances that it is ruining her pants because it leaves black stuff all over the bottom of them. I ran a pan over the burner on high for 10 minutes and there was not anything visible to the eye, but once the customer wiped the pan with a white napkin, there was some grayish residue left on the napkin after wiping it. I asked the customer if she or any of the builders or installers put the liquid propane conversion kit on because she has natural gas meter on the side of her house, but the customer does not have any of the factory paperwork with the conversion kit orto figure out if one was put on took pictures of all of the burners on the way that they are burning and all of the orifice holes going to call in and document with Techline and see what they say( NEED to Please put ticket on for Monday so I can call into Techline ); saved tckt"
