"Customer had complaint about a noise coming from the refrigerator could not exactly pinpoint where the noise was coming from. I checked on the compressor to see if it was rattling on anything and everything checked out good even the condenser fan checked on the fan in the freezer section, there was no ice buildup hitting it so I checked the Eva panel and it seemed loose so I tightened up the screws on it because it did have a small rattle to it. I advise the customer that if they do hear it to take a video and open doors and try and figure out which area the noise is coming from if they do hear it again so that we can assess the situation and know whats causing it Unit is operating as designed all operations OK"

"Customer had the turntable not sitting in there properly, as well as the plastic piece with the wheels on it underneath was not on the track advise the customer that whatever he puts in here needs to be set into the center of the turntable that way theres not all of the weight on one side Causing it to come off its track ran the microwave for four minutes with a potato inside because he said thats what messed it up last time and it did not have an issue. Also ran it for a few minutes with a coffee mug full of water and did not have any issues. Unit is operating as designed showed customer how to properly place the parts in there."
