"Arrived at customer home to troubleshoot the oven broiler Per customer complaint, broiler would only come ON for few seconds then shut off Asked the Mrs to turn on, to see which buttons usedBroiler came On as designed and i started a timer while I waited to get WP Tech support on line to documentAfter 15 minutes of waiting from tech line the broiler was still ON and burning no issue and did not turn offInformed tech line of customer complaint and that could not duplicate the complaint SR # 7741276267 Unit is working as designedProvided customer SR# incase they wanted to follow upNOTE: lastly, after turning off the broiler turned ON again just for giggles.... still came ON right away and stayed ON"
