"Checked unit with tech line and everything was working as it's designed, the customer was talking about the unit is venting too much heat into the house, that the interior light produces too much heat when there on for a while, that the unit sometimes trips the breaker, tech line said the lights and the venting is how the unit is designed and that the breaker, they need to get an electrician because if it was the unit it would trip right away and they would need an electrician to check that, and this was my second time explaining to the customer the same thing and in the morning I explained to them if there wasn't a functional failure they would need to be responsible to pay the service call fee and they agreed, and after everything they denied to pay it, and this is because it's my second visit and explaining to them the same thing File#. 7739400241"
