"During service, two error codes were found on the washer: F7E1 (Tachometer Missing) and F0E3 (Overload). Upon inspection, the protective shield and drive belt were discovered underneath the unit. The issue appears to have been caused by an overload condition that caused the basket to drop low enough to contact the floor, dislodging both the shield and the belt. With the belt off, the drum could not rotate, resulting in the F7E1 error due to the missing tachometer signal. After consulting with Whirlpool Techline (SR# 7741576519) and documenting the findings, the belt was replaced. Its likely the weight of the drum pressing down on the motor belt and the continued strain during operation caused the belt to lose elasticity and slip off. After replacing the belt, a full diagnostic test cycle was completed, during which the drum and basket remained properly positioned, and the unit functioned normally with no further errors. Per Techline no parts issue or replacement needed working as design - if you wish for additional information you can contact your extended warranty or whirlpool customer service and use the SR# as a reference."

Upon arrival and after running a full diagnostics I could not find an issue. I saw no error codes and then ran a diagnostic cycle it also passed with no issues. The customer mentioned it would happen in the beginning of a cycle and I explained how the unit is sensing the load at that point and that is what they are hearing. Customer saying that the unit does not properly spin the clothes out she said a couple of times it did not even make it past the wash light ran unit through diagnostics test everything checked out good besides the cold water flow was slow and I told the customer that the washing machine will time out if it is trying to fill up with cold water and cannot get enough in the unit within a certain amount of time and that will cause it to cancel out a cycle and she always leaves it on cold after I switched the unit over to hot. It started filling up a lot faster. I advised the customer to clean out the water supply line at the wall and also try and put some replaceable filters on it Before it gets clogged up again.
